We are so thankful for your interest in being a part of the FBC Las Cruces Community Craft Fair. It is a great event!


In an effort to accommodate everyone and ensure that we serve you best, please complete the information and upload two product photos by November 1. These let us see your handmade crafts to help with approval and to use for social media promotion.


Registration is confirmed once the $20 deposit is received; this is fully refunded after the event.


We will send out an email notifying you of your approval status. A full refund will be given to those who do not qualify.


We are sorry, but no MLM’s (Multi-Level Marketing Businesses) or THC products are allowed to participate. We want to be sure that all crafts are handmade by the vendor, thus protecting the integrity of our “Craft" fair.


We cannot guarantee a space for all applicants and reserve the right to deny any applications.


10’x10' booth spaces are provided. Spaces indoors and with access to electricity are limited, so please register early if you are in need of access to these amenities. 


Arrival and setup begin at 7am the day of the event.
